The meeting was called to order at 10:30. The business meeting included: - Introduction of new members.
- Discussion of the 2014 AAW Symposium to be held in Phoenix. There had been some hope that this meeting could have been held in either Grand Rapids, Michigan or in Ohio. A South Western location was chosen again.
- George Armstrong discussed the annual camp out at Heartwick Pines. Please bring any bowl that you wish to donate to the next meeting.
- The June meeting is the last scheduled until fall. Plan on bring wood for the raffle.
Bill Neff presented an excellent demonstration on turning segmented bowls - see picture below.
The meeting concluded with an very interesting show and tell.
